My Royal Cake is a Puerto Rican company that has been operating since 2019. Let me tell you our story!
I am a biologist by profession and a pastry chef by heart. I have been passionate about baking since I was young. In the 90s, I took a basic baking course, as they say, "to have fun!" And I really did!!! but it wasn't until 2017 that I returned to the world of baking and took more comprehensive courses. Then Hurricane Maria happened, and although things got tough, nothing diminished my call to pursuing what I had always been passionate about.
By 2019, I graduated as a Pastry Chef with high honors, and from then on, a journey begun, and the rest is history. People started requesting my work, and we started offering a variety of cakes and desserts to our clients in an innovative way.
Organic ingredients have elevated our desserts flavor and quality. From organic eggs to unbleached flours are parts of our high-quality ingredients. The Raw material in our products are from our own island through authorized suppliers, so everyone benefits!
